Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TradePeo at tradepeo.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What TradePeo is

TradePeo is a trading journal and discipline tool. It helps you record trades, analyse your performance, follow your own rules, and limit your trading activity.

2. Not financial advice

TradePeo does not provide financial, investment or trading advice. Statistics, AI reviews, market news, technical summaries and strategy rankings are for information and education only. They are not recommendations to buy or sell anything.

Trading Forex, CFDs, commodities, indices and cryptocurrencies carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for everyone. You can lose some or all of your money. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You alone are responsible for your trading decisions and their outcomes.

3. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • You must give accurate information and keep your password secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity on your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
  • One person per account. Accounts may not be shared or resold.

4. Trading lock and broker gateway

The trading lock, link blocking and MT4/MT5 Expert Advisor are self-discipline tools that you control. They are provided "as is" and may not work in every situation. For example, a lock cannot stop you if you open your broker directly, use another device, if the EA is turned off, or if there is an internet, server or broker issue. TradePeo is not responsible for trades that are opened, closed or blocked, or for any loss resulting from the use or failure of these tools.

If you use the Expert Advisor, test it on a demo account first. You accept that it may close positions or cancel pending orders according to the settings you choose.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Break any law or use the Service for fraud.
  • Try to hack, overload, scrape or interfere with the Service or other users' accounts.
  • Upload viruses, illegal content, or content that belongs to someone else without permission.
  • Copy, resell or reverse-engineer the Service.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

6. Your content

You own your journal data, notes and screenshots. You give us permission to store and process them only so we can provide the Service to you. We may use combined, anonymous statistics that cannot identify you to improve TradePeo. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Plans and payments

  • Some features require a paid plan. Prices and features are shown on the pricing page and may change. Changes will not affect a period you have already paid for.
  • Paid plans are activated after your payment is confirmed.
  • When a plan expires and is not renewed, your account moves to the Free plan. Your data is kept, but premium features are limited.
  • Refunds: payments are generally non-refundable once a plan is activated, except for duplicate or mistaken payments. Contact us within 7 days of payment if you believe you were charged incorrectly.

8. Availability

We work hard to keep TradePeo online and your data safe, but we do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, error-free or uninterrupted. We may change, add or remove features at any time. Please export your data regularly.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, TradePeo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. TradePeo and its owners are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, lost data, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

10. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Where possible, we will give you notice first.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Maldives. Any dispute will first be handled through good-faith discussion with us.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make important changes, we will notify you by email or in your dashboard. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the new Terms.
